Southern Corn Bread

Ingredients:

2 cups corn meal

1 cup sugar

1 cup flour

1 tsp salt

3 tsp baking soda

3 eggs

½ cup vegetable oil or melted butter

½ gallon Buttermilk

Directions:

Step 1 – Mix all dry ingredients

Step 2 – Then add 3 beaten eggs, vegetable oil or melted butter, and buttermilk.

Step 3 – Pour it all into a greased baking pan.

Step 4 – Cook at 375 Degrees for 40 minutes or until firm) Bon Appetite!
