1 6-10lb Pork Butt or your preferred cut of pork
1 cup of Chef JB’s Badlands BBQ Rub
Step 1 – Generously rub Chef JB’s Badlands BBQ Rub into the pork.
Step 2 – Let the meat marinate in the rub for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 3 – Place the pork in the smoker at 200-225 degrees for 4 -5 hours.
Step 4 – Place cooked Pork Butt in Aluminum Foil for 10-20 minutes.
Step 5 – Pull apart with forks or pork pullers.
(I save juices from foil and place the juices and the pulled pork in the pan before the next step)
Step 6 – Add my Chef JB’s Badlands Sizzling BBQ Sauce and let simmer in the pan on low heat.
Step 7 – Serve on your favorite roll or bun.
