3-4 Pieces of Salmon
Chef JB’s Badlands Tri-Tip Seasoning
Step 1 – Gently sprinkle the flesh part of the salmon steak with Chef JB’s Badlands Tri-Tip Seasoning.
Step 2 – Prep your grill, (make sure to brush and then wipe grill with clean towel, if not the salmon will pick up the bad tasting carbons from the grill.
Step 3 – Now here is the trick, before placing the flesh side on the grill, spay with a pan spry of your choice. (It will positively keep the salmon flesh from sticking on the grill and give it those perfect grill marks.)
Step 4 – Cook salmon for 2-3 minutes on one side while spraying the cooking spray on the other side.
Step 5 – Turn salmon and grill 2-3 minutes until flesh is firm.
Step 6 – Remove from the grill and serve with lemons.
