Badlands BBQ Ribs


2 Racks of St Louis Ribs

1 cup Chef JB’s Badlands BBQ Rub


Step 1 – Rub Ribs generously with Chef JB’s Badlands BBQ Rub

Step 2 – Refrigerate for 2-3 hours minimum or refrigerate overnight if possible to let the ribs marinate all night.

Step 3 – Place the seasoned ribs in the smoker for 3.5-4 hours at 225 degrees.

Step 4 – Place cooked ribs in aluminum foil for 15 minutes (That’s a pit master secret to juicer tender ribs!)

Step 5 – Cut and serve with Chef JB’s Badlands Sizzlin’ BBQ Sauce on the side.
