8 Pieces of Chicken Pieces, Boneless Chicken, Breasts or Thighs
½ Cup Chef JB’s Badlands BBQ Rub
Step 1 – Rub the chicken generously with Chef JB’s Badlands BBQ Rub
Step 2 – Cover the chicken and refrigerate for 2-3 hours to let spices marinate the chicken properly.
Step 3 – Place in smoker at 225 degrees and smoke for 2+hours or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Step 4 – Serve with Chef JB’s Badlands Sizzlin’ BBQ Sauce on the side
